All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. We charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee for all orders. Fees are as follows, $10.00 for standard 5-7 day shipping and $25 for 3 day shipping. We do our best to produce our products to the highest quality standards possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products each product will vary slightly. We honor a 14 day return/exchange policy provided products are returned in the same condition they were received and are in their original packaging. Please contact us directly to obtain an approval code before returning any merchandise. Upon receipt of merchandise we will issue a merchandise credit or make the desired exchange within 72 hours. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so that we may remedy the situation. We are always happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘GIFT’ along with your order number and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention including a handwritten gift enclosure.
Care instructions are provided with each product and vary based on the materials used in that product and the technique used to make the product. Please read the tags carefully before attempting to launder or wash any piece.
