Fells / Andes is a wholesaler and retailer of luxury accessories. We design and manufacture goods to the highest standards. Due to the hand crafted nature and natural fibers used in our products, individual products may vary slightly.

All of the content that appears on the Fells / Andes web site, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Fells / Andes. The entire content of the Fells / Andes web site is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws. Fells / Andes grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website. Content of the Fells / Andes website is intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS

All products are inspected by Fells / Andes staff prior to shipment, however, we strongly recommend that the buyer inspect all items thoroughly upon receipt. Any damaged or defective products should be reported to Fells /Andes within 5 business days of shipment receipt. Damaged discovered outside of this time frame will be handled at the discretion of the company . In order to report any issues please email us at orders@fellsandes.com to request a ‘damages form’, once we have received your completed form along with photographs we will be able to remedy your situation. Please note that due to production run size we reserve the right to choose to provide replacement, credit or refund of any goods that are confirmed to be damaged or defective at the responsibility of Fells /Andes. In cases where it is possible to replace a damaged item we will always do so, however if it is not possible to do so we will instead work with you to issue a credit or refund. All confirmed damaged/defective merchandise must be returned prior to replacements or credit being issued unless otherwise notified by Fells / Andes. Damaged/defective merchandise held for more than 15 days after receipt will not be eligible for credit or return.

CORRECTION OF SITE ERRORS
The information on the Fells / Andes website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconveniences.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Customers may return or exchange any item for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase provided that the item is returned in original resalable condition and is in its original packaging. After this time we regret that we are unable to accept items for return or exchange. Please note that a separate policy applies to damaged/defective merchandise.
